Juneteenth is this week and we plan on celebrating together as a family. One way we want to support the black community and get Myan involved is by adding new books to his collection that were written by black authors. I’ve listed a few of our favorites and a few that we will be adding to our shelves.

I will DEFINITELY be buying some of these books. I kive readIng but i do t really have alot of books that are wriitten by black authors, not on purpose. But i will be getting a few of these to read with my kids
